Bryce Canyon!!! Saturday-Sunday

We had so much fun Saturday! Every year Bryce Canyon does a rim-to-rim ride where they shuttle your bikes, and you, into the park. Then you ride all the way out. You either have the option to stop at Ruby's Inn (like we did) or continue the 10 miles to the end of the Park, where they will shuttle you clear back. We didn't go that far, but one day we will! It was the absolutely perfect way to end our vacation.

Bryce abided by COVID regulations, so there was a plexiglass partition that separated the bus driver from everyone else, and we were only allowed to use the back door to the bus, and everyone had to be masked. But, it was so fun! We got free t-shirts, snacks, and other goodies.

Claire woke up early and was put in the van for being onry.

We went swimming a second time, and it was just as fun as the first time. There's just something about swimming in a hotel pool with kids - it takes you back.

The clouds rolled in, and we saw an incredible rainbow over the lookout point. It was so pretty!

We also got more ice cream while waiting for my parents to get back from their extended ride. The girls abandoned Greg with their cones so they could ride the stick horse, and it was hilarious! His face looks like he's mad, but his nostrils tell us otherwise 😆.

Later, we had dinner with our fun campsite neighbor, who we got to know a little bit. He was a freelance photographer/private pilot on break because of COVID, and so he was touring Utah's National Parks and taking pics. Afterward, we took the girls to their first rodeo (which they were very unimpressed by, probably because we missed the barrel races), and then the night was finished with fireworks. It was so much fun, and the girls now have a deep love for Bryce Canyon.

Claire is living her best life. Chocolate milk and barefoot in the dirt.
His face kills me. He was put in a difficult situation .... but made the best of it.

On the way home, Sofi said her favorite things were hiking, and biking. The two more rigorous activities we did, but definitely memorable. We had a lot of fun and already can't wait to go back!
