Halloween Parades & Parties

We always have the best time at our Ward Halloween Party, and this year was no exception. They must have switched up the Activity committee though, because we enjoyed a Chili Cookoff first, and it was absolutely delicious! We have a family in our ward from Georgia, and turns out his Smoked Chili is To. Die. For! Like, so good Greg couldn't get enough. When Greg's eyes light up when he's eating food, you know it's good.

The girls had fun walking around in their adorable Unicorn tutu's, and Quincey was the light of everyone's life whenever she let them hold her. She is a hot commodity in our ward, and it is pretty cute! She wore the Flamingo costume I had for Sofia, and it's just as adorable now as it was then.

Claire with a nerf gun is kind of a terifying thought. Luckily, she was a terrible shot.

True to tradition, they did the candy cannon for each age group in the ward, and Claire learned the hard way that you have to chase the candy - no moseying around. There's always next year, Claire!

And, you better believe they shot candy for the adults. It is my favorite! I do it twice because Greg has refused to participate every year. We'll eventually wear him down.

When it came time for Claire's parade in preschool, I was pretty excited. She's been waiting months to wear her costume and took it very seriously! She was also very cute to watch perform her little songs and that skip at the end of the video is everything I could have hoped for.

I love Halloween!

She's too legit too quit.
