November 2024

Here you go, Mark. A recap of November 2024 when in reality it's April 12, 2026. I'm doing my best here, folks.

---

November was a fun month! Full of cooler weather fun that didn't seem to slow us down. We managed to have a lot of fun in between the holidays. I can't believe how much the girls have grown.

Greg got box seats to the Jazz and made Claire's dreams come true one night by taking her on a date.
Someone ate my entire frozen lemonade ...

Quince loved riding this horse the neighbors had down the street.

I realized there are a lot of cute candid moments I snapped of these 3.
The wild moments of Sofi ...
and they continue into this pic.
Primary Program Sunday for these two!
Pizza Pie Cafe! Quince loves the oreo pizza.
Sof had a piano recital and did amazing!
Sof also did her best in Jr. Jazz through November.
Sof is an amazing basketball player! She has some of the best ball control on her team and tries her hardest to be a team player. We are proud of her and the things she learned while being a good sport on a team she may not have loved being on.
Baking a yummy apple pie. 'Tis the season!
They came out of their rooms matching without even planning it. I love when this happens! 🤣
A beautiful walk down the Hollow.
Oh, Claire.

I caught this video of Claire one morning. She had a hard time waking up for school.

This is how Sofi plays Twister.
Cutest little stinker.

We had fun one night going swimming at the Layton Surf 'n Swim

Happy Thanksgiving from these two hotties.

We had a beautiful Thanksgiving dinner at the Spjute's this year.

Life sure is good, and we are blessed.

October 2024

October 2024 - What a fun month full of park visits, bike rides, Halloween festivities and beautiful colors.

Greg has made it a tradition to go on an early morning bike ride before the Saturday session of General Conference.

He was hilarious to watch.
Quince smashed the bread before we even made it to checkout.

Oh Quince. 2.5 year olds are awesome!

Greg was able to score some pretty great seats from work to a Jazz game, so he surprised Sof with dinner, excellent seats, a treat, and a shirt. Girlfriend has since been ruined for any other games.

And just so Claire wouldn't feel left out, she and Quince got dinner at McDonalds then a trip to fro-yo after. They're so spoiled.
Greg managed to go on another beautiful bike ride.
Meanwhile, the girls and I are having fun at a park.

Quince found some new friends.

I ran Sof to piano one day and came home to find Claire COVERED in a rash. I will spare you the video, but the poor girl had a full-body reaction to something. She had trouble breathing, and after much deliberation, we didn't take her to the ER that night, but promptly took her in the morning to InstaCare where they x-rayed her lungs and gave her a breathing treatment. The jury was out on what spiked the rash. But, after a trip to an Allergist later it was determined Claire is allergic to Ibuprofen and any NSAIDS. Glad we figured that out sooner than later, but boy what I freaked out when the poor girl kept developed new hives everywhere in 30 minute spurts.

The girls loved walking around the block at night. This video makes me smile - we often stop to swing on these swings and I love hearing them sing together.

Kaysville did a fun Spooky Walk through the Hollow and we loved it so much we did it twice! Admission was a can of food for the food drive and the girls loved wandering through the Hollow at night listening to different fairy tales. It was a new, fun adventure.
Fun at the Witchey-poo Party!

I love that my girls still love to go to Pack Farms.

Quince went through a phase where she wore her fox tights as if they were pants. It was [kind of] hilarious.

Halloween Has Arrived!
We love the annual Halloween Parade at Burton!

Sof and the gang! This is the first year she went trick-or-treating without us. It was sad for a second, then we [I] quickly got over it.
Sof got A LOT of Candy!
In our tent era. Quince goes camping every night and it prevents her from climbing out. It really is the best thing ever, and I was really wishing I had it for Claire. Maybe her naps would have lasted a lot longer without the temptation of climbing out.

Ending the night with a ghost on a onewheel.

And that's a wrap! What a fun month October was.
