January 2025

January 2025 - What a month. In the bleakness of the winter, we still found joy.

We've made a fun tradition of going swimming on New Years. The girls are still young enough to have fun at the Bountiful Rec Center pool.

This video highights everything Quince loves at the moment: Telling Alexa what to do, Loving that Alexa obeys and responds, and dancing & lip syncing to Moana's newest songs.

Yummy New Years Salsa!

We had a fun afternoon at the Gateway Discovery Center. It was a very cool place!

It was fun to walk around the Gateway with my girls. Pretty sure it was their first time there.

We are sure to take advantage of Toddler Time at Get Air every week.

This cat really does deserve a stairway to heaven.

Getting some reading time in with my girlies.

Waking Claire up is one of my favorite things. I never know how I'm going to find her.

The boa constrictor hold - my favorite way to snuggle Claire.
We spent a chilly afternoon exploring Station Park.
It was warm enough to take a ride on the GOAT, so you better belive we did!

As the girls have gotten older, our mandatory trips to southern Utah have become less and less often. It's a double-edge sword. Nice to be busy enough to stay home, but sad to not be able to visit family as often.

We spent some time swimming at Cedar's Rec Center. It was fun to bring Grandma Jan along.

We are sure to visit Grandma Jolley whenever we come to town. Her memory isn't what it used to be, but she remembers and loves us. My girls know she loves them, and that is all that matters. Dimentia has altered her a bit, but she is still a master at the piano. It was a wonderful evening spent with her.
Our last night, the girls could be found in their favorite spots - watching Reels with Grandpa.

We made it back home in time to celebrate Greg!
Happy 37th Birthday!
Greg loves his birthday, as you can tell.
#Mood. Any guess on who's birthday is next?
