We played hard - the girls were filthy, dirty every single day. They did all the things, and had fun doing laps on the four-wheelers. They played good with cousins, roasted s'mores, and have so much fun. It was terribly crowded at the cabin this year, which was nice. We didn't go on any long, dusty rides either, which was also nice. Overall, we had a great time.

Claire loves babies, so naturally she loved spending time with Easton. |

We finally found grandpa on the morning we were trying to leave. |

One last motorcycle ride with Claire. She couldn't get enough. |
A rainstorm was moving in, so we took one last trip as a family to the lower point - the wind was fierce but the view was stunning. They don't call it golden hour for nothing.

A rainstorm over New Harmony and Kolob's Five Fingers. |

It makes me really sad that I'm only able to go to the cabin once a year now, when I grew up going as often as we wanted. So, I do my best to soak it in as best as I can so it will last me to the next year. I love this place, the sights, the smells, the memories, and I love that my girls are growing up with that same love. Our heritage is in this land, and I am so glad they are able to experience it. |
